Smitten Kitchen’s grapefruit yoghurt loaf cake

This is a great simple cake for any winter citrus. I made this with a generous gift of a neighbour’s tangelo harvest and it was amazing! The syrup soak before the icing glaze is essential for moistness and flavour.
